Shoulder Signals?

An analysis of Hillary Clinton’s body language from the Boston Herald’s story about the Women in Public Service Institute event with Hillary and Madeleine Albright yesterday… 

“If you get elected as the next president …” began a woman from Yemen, who was interrupted by nearly 25 seconds of applause from the friendly crowd at Clinton’s alma mater today.

Clinton shook her head multiple times, but as the cheers grew, shrugged her shoulders in a “hey-you-never-know” gesture of possibility, then began chuckling heartily.

She then launched into an explanation of the political turmoil in Yemen and never came back to the lingering presidential issue.
